  DO NOT GO HERE! Took my wooden watch here to remove a few links. When i got it back, it still wasn't the correct size and in order to remove the links they scratched up all the sides of the watch. it was brand new when i brought it in, and it looks terrible now. paid 30$ for them to ruin it. At the same time i dropped my watch off, i dropped a ring off that my pearl had fallen off, i wanted it reattached. I just got my ring back 5 months later. when i first picked it up, my size 5 ring was a size 7... they had somehow resized it as well. Paid 35$ for them to superglue a pearl on. and when i mentioned that the ring no longer fit they argued with me for days. I can't even fit a size 7 on my thumb. it was ridiculous. and instead of trying to fix it they just said they did nothing wrong and they wouldn't fix it. After a month of arguing they finally made it a size 5 again, but it looks terrible and stretched out. They are stubborn rude old women that don't care at all about customer service. my family, friends, and I will not be returning and I strongly urge anyone to STAY AWAY!

  This is the first place I go when I am looking for something special. The two owners are sisters with wonderful personalities and a willingness to help you find the perfect piece. They also do excellent repair work and cleaning of your jewelry. And the trip to get there is through beautiful countryside ... a definite plus.
